This year I joined the Jimmy Beans Blanket Club with a friend. I am doing the crochet blanket, she is doing the knit blanket.

Block 12 from the April club has driven me out of my mind. I have lost one too many games of yarn chicken and so this happened:

made myself a hat

 Made myself a hat as a christmas present! It is the same hat I made for mom, sister and niece that I shared in my previous post. Holly Easley's Bella Hat is such a great pattern, I have now made 5 (me, mom, sister, niece, and one coworker) with plans for another one (secret recipient in case she reads my blog lol)

Rainbow Monster in progress

I have been working on a monster of a crochet blanket in rainbow colors. The project is aptly titled “Rainbow Monster” I made the squares pictured today, and have also included an in progress picture of assembly, as I am assembling it as I complete each row of squares.
